WULATEQIANQI NEW WORLD FOOD CO.,LTD was founded in 2007 by Mr.Liuwei. It is a large-scale tomato products export enterprise engaged in tomato products planting, processing, researching and marketing. NEW WOLRD FOOD and other 2 factories set up a small package factory called HONGRUIXING in 2010, which is the largest one in Inner Mongolia.

TOMATO BASE

The tomato base of NEW WORLD FOOD is in the famous Hetao Plain called Rich Food Plain in Inner Mongolia. Flowed by the Yellow River for thousands of years, Hetao Plain has flat terrain, fertile soil, and vast farmland, which provides superior geography environment for the growing of tomatoes.
Hetao Plain lies in N40 degree-44 degree, where the annual sunshine duration reaches 3100 to 3300 hours and the sunlight-thermal resources is abundant. It is one of the longest sunshine duration area in China. Long duration of sunshine, dry climate, great temperature difference between diurnal amplitude, less pollution of the air, soil, and water has made this area the most suitable tomato growing base. Under the unique climate and enviroment conditions in Hetao Plain, the tomato here has high content of soluble solid, high licopene, high acre yield, and is not easy to decay, and with less mould at the same time.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

NEW WORLD FOOD and other three factories processes 30000MT of drum tomato paste, and could processing 35000MT of canned tomato paste, 15000MT of sachet tomato paste and 3000MT of tomato juice. Our tomato products have been sold to Europe, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia and other areas.

QUALITY CONTROL

NEW WORLD FOOD adopts the model of self-own farmland to grow on and we employ farmers to plant on the company farmland. We are responsible for purchasing tomato seeds, and then arranging technicial specialist go to the farmland to guide farmers planting and harvesting. This whole control both assures the supply of tomato raw material and asures the food security. The tomaoto base of our company is non-public nuisance and green food producing area. The tomato products are 100% pure natural and without preservatives.
We produce strictly according to ISOISO9001:2008,HACCP, QS and other standards of hygiene and control stricty every procedure from collection of fresh tomato, processing, inspecting to logistics, and etc to guarantee the excellent quality of final products.

OUR PRODUCTS

1. CANNED/TINNED TOMATO PASTE in varieties of 100% pure tomato paste, ketchup, and tomato sauce , and in series sizes of 70g, 140g, 210g, 400g, 425g, 800g, 825g, 1kg, 2.2kg, 3kg, and 4.5kg.
Brix: 18-20%, 22-24%,28-30% or others.

2. 245ml TOMATO JUICE

3. SACHET TOMATO PASTE in weight of 10g, 50g, 70g, 100g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 5kg.

4. 220L Drums
Brix: 28-30%(Cold Break & Hot Break), 30-32%(Cold Break), 36-38% (Cold Break) and other brix.
Package: packed in 220 Liters aseptic bags in metal drums. 4 drums in one pallet. 80 drums in one 20 feet container.

5. OEM.
We are ready for producing tomato products in customers brand, and we could produce according to the customers requirements of products and under the customers technicians guide and supervision.
