      The Planting Process for The Organic Raw Material

1. Planting Base:  In the methods of farmland transference and contract, the company owns 1000 acres organic raw material planting base to ensure the satisfying and safe supply of the raw material for the processing of organic products. The planting base lies in the second largest tomato planting area in China- Inner Mongolia Hetao Plain, which belongs to the continent seasonal climate with enough sunshine and heat, big temperature difference between day and night and enjoys exceptional advantage of agriculture production resourses. Before and after the cultivation of each season, the company authorizes the environment company carry out the tests for the soil and water quality of the planting base to ensure the safety of the growing environment for planting of organic raw material.

2. Seeds Selection: To make sure the completeness and conformity of organic planting, the company chooses the non GMO tomato seeds to plant and breeds the required seeds and sprout by private lands or culture of seeding, and sets up the seeds and sprout sowing records.

3. Sowing: Shovel manual plant or transplant is all used in the planting or organic raw material.

4. Field Management: 7 to 10 days after spouting, shovel manual thin out, field planting, machinery intertillage weeding are used and chemical weeding is absolutely forbidden.

5. Fertilizing: According to the soil fertilizing of the base, applies measures of soil planting and cultivating to supply nutrient for the soil, prevent soil erosion, and add the diversity of organism. 6. Irrigation: To prevent soil erosion, improve the organic raw material quality, control the plant diseases and insect pests environment, drop irrigating under the film is adopt to supply moisture to the tomato crops according to the characteristics of demands of tomato crops on the moisture, and drop irrigating records are set up.

7. Prevention of plant diseases and insect pests: The basic policy of prevention of plant diseases and insect pests is prevention first, and carrying out integrated control. 9. Judge of the up to standards: Before the goods reached the factory, the responsible person judges the raw material according to the detailed rules of raw material. The process procedures for organic products.

1. Temporary storage:  The organic raw material transferred from the base, is unloaded into the temporary storage(organic marks) according to the procedures of picking up and transferring, and finish processing within 12 hours. Organic raw material acceptance records are set up.

2. Drifting, cleaning and picking up: The organic products processing shop carry out feeding, drifting cleaning, spray cleaning , and picking up by manual according to the raw material acception records to make the raw material up to the processing standards requirements and then turn into next chop procedure. 9. Test: Before the organic products are sold, the authorized food testing departments are authorized to test the pesticides to assure the products completely comply with the organic standards and requirements.
